ALTANA Kulturstiftung

The ALTANA Cultural Foundation regularly presents exhibits of 20th and 21st century art at the Sinclair House. In addition, it develops educational activities focusing on the subject of art and nature. Its interdisciplinary programmes are designed for children and teenagers within and outside of their curricular and extracurricular activities at school. The basis of the Foundations work is the collection of contemporary artists works assembled in the ALTANA Art Collection. The ALTANA Cultural Foundation wishes to contribute to aesthetic education while also promoting a consciousness for the value of nature. One of the basic principles of the Foundations educational programmes is enabling authentic encounters with art, with artists and with nature.
